A cardioid capsule with a 1” diaphragm and advanced backplate technology captures your sound with exceptional clarity and detail, whilst a switchable attenuation pad and low-cut filter allow you to capture high SPL sources (up to 150dB), as well as compensate for the proximity effect.
The C3000 also boasts an incredibly-rugged design. The heavy-duty all-metal body provides excellent rejection of RF interference whilst simultaneously protecting the hand-selected internal components. The transducer features gold-sputtering on one side only, preventing local shorts to the back electrode. With this intelligent design, the C3000 ensures reliable operation for years to come.
